Online quenching, as an efficient heat treatment technology, is centered on rapid cooling to enable the extruded aluminum profile to achieve the ideal hardening effect in a very short time. This process is usually carried out immediately after the profile is extruded. Using special quenching equipment, the high-temperature profile is quickly immersed in a cooling medium (such as water or special quenching oil) to achieve a sharp drop in temperature, thereby generating high-density dislocations and grain refinement inside the material, effectively improving its strength and hardness.
Accurate temperature control: We use an advanced temperature control system to ensure that the temperature of the cooling medium is stable and controllable during the quenching process to avoid material performance degradation caused by overheating or overcooling. Through precise temperature management, we can customize the best quenching temperature curve according to different types of aluminum profiles and their required mechanical properties, and achieve precise control of material properties.
Efficient cooling rate: The key to the online quenching process is rapid and uniform cooling. We are equipped with efficient quenching devices to ensure that the profile can quickly and evenly contact the cooling medium after extrusion to achieve rapid heat dissipation.
